Ben & Elizabeth were absolutely made for each other. Their love story is so sweet – they met through a shared passion (they’re both incredibly dedicated cyclists) and shared friendships. Once they connected and began to get to know each other, the rest was history. Almost two years ago, we celebrated their wedding day in Dallas alongside family and friends, who were thrilled at the beginning of this year with the news that their family was growing!
When Elizabeth reached out about booking an outdoor maternity session in Dallas, we considered several locations, and ultimately decided on the historic Turtle Creek Park and the elegant Arlington Hall. Nestled in the heart of Oak Lawn, this location quickly became one of my new favorite spots for outdoor lifestyle sessions – the gorgeous landscape with an ideal mix of greens and flowers, the classic elegance of the architecture at Arlington Hall, and the timeless beauty of the creek area all made it the perfect place. Not to mention it’s just down the street from Rosewood Mansion, which was their wedding venue!
I’m so excited for Ben & Elizabeth as they begin this new adventure, and I loved working with them to capture this joyful time of anticipation. I hope you enjoy some of my favorite images from their session below!
